摘　　要：目的探讨高职在校护生基础护理技能操作避险需求及其影响因素,为降低职业暴露风险提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样法,利用问卷星对某高职院校386名在校护生进行基础护理技能操作风险问卷调查。结果护生基础护理技能操作风险问卷得分处于较低水平,个别条目得分较高。是否接受过护理安全职业防护教育、是否有8个月的医院实习经历、是否有医院见习经历等是基础护理技能操作风险的主要影响因素。结论高职院校应加强医校合作,积极探索形式多样、内容丰富的职业防护教育课程,开展适合不同阶段高职护生的职业防护教育,创建安全的实践环境。Objective To explore the demand for basic nursing skills and risk avoidance among nursing students in higher vocational colleges and its influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for reducing occupational exposure risks.Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to conduct a Questionnaire Survey on the Operational Risks of Basic Nursing Skills among 386 nursing students in a certain higher vocational college with QuestionStar.Results The score of the Questionnaire on Operational Risk of Basic Nursing Skills for nursing students is at a low level,with individual items scoring higher.Whether one has received nursing safety occupational protection education,has 8 months of hospital internship experience,and has hospital internship experience are the main influencing factors of operational risks in basic nursing skills.Conclusion Higher vocational colleges should strengthen medical school cooperation,actively explore diverse and rich vocational protection education courses,carry out vocational protection education suitable for vocational nursing students at different stages,and create a safe practical environment.
