教育强国背景下基础教育国际化的新图景

摘　　要：为进一步贯彻落实党的二十大及习近平总书记在中共中央政治局第五次集体学习时的重要讲话精神,加快推进教育强国和教育现代化建设,2023年12月2日,中国教育学会国际教育分会2023学术年会召开,年会以“投身教育强国建设、助力国际教育创新”为主题,对基础教育的国际化特色发展、国际教育创新发展、教育对外开放与交流合作、教育的数字化转型、中国特色高品质学校建设、外语教育课程改革与教学创新、青少年国际理解教育与全球胜任力培养等议题展开学术交流与研讨。在建设教育强国的背景下,基础教育国际化发展面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战,学校作为直接参与基础教育国际化建设的主体,在推动基础教育国际化进程方面起到至关重要的作用,应主动投身国际教育交流与合作,积极推进创新型人才培养,深化课程建设与课程改革,关注学生国际化素养的全面提高,扎实推进国际理解教育和全球胜任力教育,为着力构建中国基础教育国际化发展的新图景奠定基础,为教育强国建设做出应有的贡献。The 2023 Annual Conference of China International Education was held on December 2nd,2023 with the theme of“Constructing a Powerful Country in Education and Supporting International Education Innovation”in order to further implement the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the fifth collective study of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee,and accelerate the construction of a powerful country in education and the modernization of education.In-depth academic discussions were conducted about internationalization of elementary education,international education innovation,the opening-up and cooperation of education,the digital transformation of education,construction of high-quality schools with Chinese characteristics,foreign language curriculum reform and teaching innovation,education of international understanding and cultivation of global competence for youth.The internationalization of elementary education faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges under the background of constructing a powerful country in education.As the principal part directly participating in the internationalization of elementary education,schools play a crucial role in promoting the process of internationalization of elementary education.Schools should actively engage in international educational cooperation,promote the cultivation of innovative talents,deepen curriculum construction and reform,concentrate on comprehensive improvement of students’international literacy,solidly promote the education of international understanding and global competence,lay the foundation for building a new vision of internationalization of elementary education in China and make due contributions to the construction of a powerful country in education.
