摘 要:复杂工程问题(complex engineering problems,CEP)是工程教育专业认证中的核心指标。“食品工厂课程设计”是食品专业中重点突出CEP特征的综合性实践教学课程。项目在工程教育认证背景下围绕CEP的技术因素进行了重点拆分,以OBE教育理念“反向设计—正向实施—持续改进”为核心,从扩展内外工程实践资源、优化教学内容、完善考核评估等方面探索了课程教学改革,以期提升学生解决CEP的能力和培养工程伦理教育水平,以提高对毕业要求达成的支撑。The complex engineering problems(CEP)is the core indicator of the accreditation of engineering education.Food factory course design is a comprehensive practical course of the food major with the characteristics of enhancing CEP solving skills.Based on the background of the accreditation of engineering education,the teaching reform of food factory course design was performed to enhance the capacity of solving CEP,on the basis of the OBE education concept of inverse design,forward implementation and continuous improvementation.The resources of engineering practice were expanded,and the teaching contents and the evaluation indexes were also optimized.The teaching reform based on solving complex engineering problems under the background of the accreditation of engineering education could enhance the capacity to solve complex engineering problems and cultivate the engineering ethics education,and meet the graduation requirements.
