高职院校人才培养质量评价体系构建的研究——以辽宁城市建设职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：为进一步推进高职院校人才培养质量评价体系构建,深化产教融合参与人才培养质量评价,结合高职院校办学特点,基于深化产教融合的视角,以辽宁城市建设职业技术学院为例,构建了校企深度合作、校内联动、多维度的人才培养质量评价体系,有效推进了学院人才培养工作的提升。In order to further promote the construction of the quality evaluation system of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,it deepens the integration of industry and education and participates in the quality evaluation of talent cultivation.In light of the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,based on the perspective of deepening the integration of industry and education,and taking Liaoning Urban Construction Technical College as an example,it constructs a multi-dimensional talent training quality evaluation system with deep integration of schools and enterprises,and intra-school linkage,which has effectively promoted the talent training of the college.
