摘　　要：目前,现代学徒制下高职休闲服务与管理专业课程体系的构建要以人才供需为导向,提炼企业岗位需要的核心能力,确定课程知识内容。同时构建多维教学课堂平台,建立自评、互评、师评、企业评价的多元评价标准,探索校企联合精准岗位的教学模式,实现提高人才培养质量和促进就业服务社会的目标。Under the modern apprenticeship,the construction of the curriculum system of leisure service and management in higher vocational colleges should be guided by the supply and demand of talents,refine the core competence required by enterprise positions,and determine the course knowledge content.At the same time,the multi-dimensional teaching classroom platform should be built,multiple evaluation standards of self-evaluation,mutual evaluation,teacher evaluation and enterprise evaluation should be established,and the teaching mode of school-enterprise joint precision positions should be explored to achieve the goal of improving the quality of talent training and promoting employment to serve society.
