摘  要:当前我国正加速推进制造业转型升级,但制造业的高质量发展还面临着创新能力较弱、技术技能人才保障能力不足等问题。文章审视了高职机械类专业在创新型技术技能人才培养上存在的问题,分析了高职机械类创新型技术技能人才的培养路径,针对性提出了高职机械类创新型技术技能人才的培养措施,包括构建机械特色创新创业文化体系、构建机械类专业创新创业课程体系、构建全链条创新创业生态圈等,为高职机械类创新型技术技能人才培养提供了借鉴。Currently,China is accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,but the highquality development of the manufacturing industry still faces problems such as weak innovation capabilities and insufficient guarantee of technical and skilled personnel.The article examines the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative technical and skilled talents in higher vocational mechanical majors,analyzes the training path of innovative technical and skilled talents in higher vocational mechanical majors,and proposes targeted training measures for innovative technical and skilled talents in higher vocational mechanical majors,including building a cultural system for innovation and entrepreneurship with mechanical characteristics,constructing a curriculum system for innovation and entrepreneurship in mechanical majors,and constructing a full chain innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.This provides a reference for the cultivation of innovative technical and skilled talents in higher vocational mechanical education.
