摘  要:劳动教育是学生德智体美劳全面发展的主要内容之一,也是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,其在促进学生身心发展上起着举足轻重的作用。一方面,劳动教育有助于培养学生的创新精神,提升学生的综合素质;另一方面,劳动教育有助于培养学生树立正确的劳动观念,培养学生的实践能力。为找寻新时代学生劳动教育的优化路径,文章从如下几方面对初中劳动教育的实施策略进行阐述:树立正确的劳动观念,提升教师的劳动素养;加深学生的劳动认知,树立正确的劳动观念;构建劳动教育评价,完善多元评价体系;家校积极沟通合作,助力家校协同育人;加强数字信息技术,注重创新劳动教育。Labor education is one of the main contents for the comprehensive development of students in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor,and is also an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics.It plays a crucial role in promoting the physical and mental development of students.On the one hand,labor education helps to cultivate students'innovative spirit and enhance their comprehensive quality;On the other hand,labor education helps cultivate students to establish correct labor concepts and cultivate their practical abilities.In order to find the optimization path for labor education for students in the new era,this article elaborates on the implementation strategies of middle school labor education from the following aspects:establishing correct labor concepts and improving teachers'labor literacy;Deepen students'understanding of labor and establish correct labor concepts;Constructing labor education evaluation and improving a diversified evaluation system;Actively communicate and cooperate with families and schools to assist in collaborative education between families and schools;Strengthen digital information technology and focus on innovative labor education.
