师范生职业道德行为倾向调查问卷的编制

摘　　要：教师失范行为得到有效治理的同时,一些失范边界行为还未得到充分关注,且师范生群体的职业道德行为倾向也处于研究的边缘地位。本研究基于《新时代中小学教师十项行为准则》,采用投射测验法编制师范生职业道德行为倾向调查问卷,通过随机取样法向本科师范生与教育硕士研究生发放问卷进行试测。结果显示,问卷内部一致性较高,各题项的区分性较好。在咨询专家并进行相关分析后删除部分题项,最终形成11道个人基本信息调查题及30道情境测验题。tWhile teachers'deviant behavior has been effectively managed,some deviant borderline behavior has not been fully paid attention to,and the professional ethical behavior tendency of normal college students is also in the marginal position of the research.Therefore,based on the"Ten Codes of Conduct for Primary and Middle School Teachers in the New era",this study uses the projection test method to develop a questionnaire on the tendency of professional moral behavior of normal school students,the questionnaire was distributed to n undergraduates and postgraduates by random sampling method.The results show that the internal consistency of the questionnaire is high and the differentiation of each item is good.After consulting experts and conducting relevant analysis,some questions were deleted,and finally 11 basic personal information survey questions and 30 situational test questions were formed.
