摘  要:学前教育立法是学前教育发展过程中的里程碑事件,将推动中国的学前教育科学、持续、有效地发展。《中华人民共和国学前教育法(草案)》(征求意见稿)立足于中国学前教育的现实需求,遵循了学前教育立法的实践逻辑;尊重中国学前教育发展的经验与过往,这遵循了学前教育立法的历史逻辑;尊重立法的法律技术要求,这遵循了学前教育立法的法理逻辑。三重逻辑辩证统一于中国学前教育的立法实践,旨在促进中国学前教育有序发展与可持续发展。Preschool education legislation is a milestone event in the development of pre-school education,which will promote the scientific,sustainable and effective development of pre-school education in China.The“Preschool Education Law”(draft for comments)is based on the reality of preschool education,which follows the practical logic of preschool education legislation.The“Preschool Education Law”respects the experience and the past of the development of preschool education,which follows the historical logic of preschool education legislation.The“Preschool Education Law”respects the technical requirements of the legislation,which follows the legal logic of the preschool education legislation.The triple logic dialectics is unified in the legislative practice of China's preschool education,and aims to promote the orderly and sustainable development of China's preschool education.
