摘　　要：在我国高校大规模开展工程教育专业认证的趋势下,工程专业认证逐渐成为高校深化工程教育改革和提高人才培养质量的重要举措,工程认证理念对于推动我国高等工程教育改革与发展,促进地方高校工程教育专业内涵式发展起着重要的引领作用。该文结合新疆大学采矿工程专业现状和学生情况,以工程认证理念为导向,对采矿工程专业新生研讨课教学模式进行研究,旨在树立采矿工程专业新生专业认同感,构建学生专业认知体系,改善新疆大学采矿工程专业优秀学生流失严重的问题,留住更多优秀人才从事采矿工程专业的学习和工作,从而缓解我国新疆地区高水平采矿人才紧缺的局面,助力新疆大学新工科建设及新疆地区经济社会健康快速发展。With the trend of large-scale engineering education professional certification in Chinese universities,engineering professional certification has gradually become an important measure for universities to deepen the reform of engineering education and improve the quality of talent cultivation.The concept of engineering certification plays an important leading role in promoting the reform and development of higher engineering education in China and promoting the connotative development of engineering education majors in local universities.This paper combines the current situation and student situation of the Mining Engineering major at Xinjiang University,guided by the concept of engineering certification,to study the teaching mode of the"Freshman Seminar Course"in the Mining Engineering major.The aim is to establish a sense of professional identity among mining engineering freshmen,construct a student professional cognition system,improve the serious problem of the loss of outstanding students in the mining engineering major at Xinjiang University,and retain more outstanding talents to engage in the study and work of the mining engineering major.The aim is to alleviate the shortage of high-level mining talents in Xinjiang,China,and assist in the construction of new engineering disciplines at Xinjiang University and the healthy and rapid development of the economy and society in Xinjiang region.
