摘　　要：师德是教师从事教育事业必备的重要素养,师德建设具有公共性。从公共性之维看,现阶段师德建设面临的挑战有小众且多元化观点的影响、社会与教育之间关系的断裂以及师德建设内涵的降格。为此,社会各界需要从“松绑”和“赋能”两个维度出发进行应对:为教育机构与教师减轻束缚提供帮助;密切各方之间的联系,形成师德建设共同体。Teacher′s ethics is a major quality for teachers to engage in education,and thereby its construction has the public attributes.From the perspective of public attributes,the current challenges it faces to are as follows:the influence of minority and pluralistic views,the fractured relationship between society and education,and the downgrading of the connotations of teacher′s ethics construction.In this regard,all sectors of society need to respond from the dimensions of"untying"and"empowering":providing assistance to educational institutions and teachers to alleviate their constraints;strengthening the ties among all parties,and forming a community for teacher′s ethics construction.
