摘 要:文章探索依托名老中医工作室平台的师承教育与院校教育结合模式,形成比较成熟、富有特色、符合中医人才培养规律的临床教学方案,将更优质的教学资源引入临床教学,促进教学体系革新。通过疏理北京同仁堂中医医院已经建立的各级名老中医工作室情况,按照“临床经验、中医经典、医药圆融、适宜技术、思政元素”几方面将教学内容进行分类;制订教学计划、撰写教案,有计划地在跟诊过程中穿插“轮转师承、跟师笔记、病例讨论、学术活动、社会实践”等多种形式相结合的教学方法,进行临床教学,以培养学生临床思维能力;规范考核标准,建立考核评价体系,通过调查研究进行反馈评价。并通过组织教学实践,形成比较成熟、富有同仁堂特色、符合中医人才培养规律、便于推广的“基于名老中医工作室平台的师承教育与院校教育结合的临床教学模式”教学方案。This paper explored the mode of combining master-apprentice education with college education based on the platform of famous aged traditional Chinese medicine doctor studio,and formed a more mature and characteristic clinical teaching scheme,which accords with the training law of traditional Chinese medicine talents,the introduction of higher quality teaching resources into clinical teaching will promote the reform of teaching system.To sort out the situation of the Tongrentang traditional Chinese medicine doctor studios that have been set up,the teaching content will be classified according to clinical experience,traditional Chinese medicine classic,medicine integration,appropriate technology,ideological and political elements.Making teaching plans,writing teaching plans,and interspersing various forms of teaching contents in a planned way in the course of follow-up,such as turn from teacher to teacher,follow-up notes,case discussion,academic activities,social practice and so on,in order to train the students’clinical thinking ability.Standardize the assessment standards,establish the assessment system,and conduct feedback evaluation through investigation and research.By organizing teaching practice,it has formed a relatively mature,rich in the characteristics of Tongrentang,in line with the law of training Chinese medicine talents,easy to promote the clinical teaching mode of master-apprentice education combined with college education based on famous aged Chinese medicine doctor studio platform teaching program.
