摘　　要：地方高校物流工程专业人才培养过程中将劳动教育和专业教育融合,加强课程内容供给,构建合理的课程体系,探索人才创新创业能力与实践实训能力双提升的全过程系统化教学,切实深化实践能力和创新能力的工程化运用,提升人才培养质量。In the talent cultivation process of logistics engineering major at local universities,the integration of labor education and professional education is emphasized.This integration involves strengthening the supply of course content,establishing a ratio-nal curriculum system,exploring a systematic teaching approach that enhances both innovative entrepreneurship capabilities and practical training abilities of students throughout the entire process,effectively deepening the engineering application of practical and innovative abilities,and improving the quality of talent cultivation.
