摘　　要：为了准确验证实验室对一次性餐具中沙门氏菌的检验能力,实验室自愿参加一次性餐具用品中沙门氏菌的测定能力验证计划。本实验按照《食品安全国家标准消毒餐(饮)具》(GB 14934—2016)对两份样品中的沙门氏菌进行检验,检验结果均为阳性,取得满意结果,同时对能力验证过程中的一些关键质控制点进行了简单分析。To accurately verify the laboratory’s ability to detect Salmonella in disposable tableware,the laboratory voluntarily participated in the validation plan for the detection ability of Salmonella in disposable tableware products.This experiment tested Salmonella in two samples according to the GB 14934—2016,and the test results were both positive,achieving satisfactory results.This article also provides a brief analysis of some key quality control points in the process of capability verification.
