摘  要:桶装饮用水已成为居民日常饮用水,其安全关乎人们的生命健康。近些年由微生物污染导致的桶装饮用水水质不合格现象屡有发生,对居民饮水安全构成严重威胁。本文分析了桶装饮用水的主要微生物污染源及微生物污染的原因,并提出防范桶装饮用水微生物污染的相关建议,为生产企业与相关监管部门落实居民饮水安全保障工作提供参考。Bottled drinking water has become residents’daily drinking water,and its safety is related to people’s lives and health.In recent years,substandard bottled drinking water quality caused by microbial contamination has occurred frequently,posing a serious threat to residents’drinking water safety.This article analyzes the main sources of microbial contamination of barreled drinking water and the causes of microbial contamination,and proposes relevant countermeasures to prevent microbial contamination of barreled drinking water,providing a reference for production companies and relevant regulatory authorities to implement residents’drinking water safety assurance work.
