摘 要:为了展示实验室具备乳酸菌计数的检测能力,加强实验室质量控制,提高实验室检验结果的可信度。本实验室参加英国政府化学家实验室(Laboratory of the Government Chemist,LGC)组织的能力验证。参照LGC方提供的检测作业指导书和《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验乳酸菌检验》(GB 4789.35—2016)对测试样品进行检验,最终报送结果为8.2×10^(4) CFU·g^(-1),得出Z值为0.44,反馈为满意。由此可知,实验室具备对乳酸菌计数的检测能力。In order to show that the laboratory has the detection ability of lactic acid bacteria count,the quality control of the laboratory is strengthened to improve the credibility of the laboratory test results.The laboratory participated in the capability verification of laboratory of the government chemist(LGC).The test samples were tested according to the test instructions provided by LGC and GB 4789.35—2016,and the final reported result was 8.2×10^(4) CFU·g^(-1),with a Z value of 0.44,and the feedback was satisfactory.It can be seen that the laboratory has the ability to detect the lactic acid bacteria count.
