超声科住院医师规范化培训的教学方法探究

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训在医学生职业教育中扮演着关键的角色,是培养出合格超声医师的不可或缺的路径。如何提高超声科住院医师规范化培训教学效果,值得深入探讨和研究。文章结合西安交通大学第一附属医院超声医学科的教学特点,归纳总结带教过程的经验体会,提出通过对住院医师进行加强理论学习、重视实践操作、激发科研思维、个性化教学、一对一带教、提高带教医师水平、注重住培医师人文素质培养及加强学科建设与宣传等多方面措施,从而改善住培教学效果,提高住培教学质量,推动我国超声医学医疗卫生事业的发展。The standardized training of resident doctors is an important part of the vocational education of medical students and the only way to train qualified sonographer.How to improve the effectiveness of standardized training and teaching of resident ultrasound doctors is worth in-depth discussion and research.Based on the teaching characteristics of ultrasonic medicine in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University,this paper summarize the experience of teaching process,this article also proposes to improve the teaching effect of living training by strengthening the theoretical study of residents,emphasizing practical operation,stimulating scientific thinking,personalized teaching,one by one teaching,improving the level of teaching physicians,cultivating humanistic qualities of living doctors and strengthen discipline construction and publicity,so as to improve the teaching effect of residential training,improve the teaching quality,and promote the development of ultrasonic medical and health undertakings.
