摘  要:“项目管理”课程是武汉科技大学物流工程专业的基础课程,是在我国高等教育新工科、新文科融合发展的背景下,为了培养社会急需的懂项目管理的高素质创新复合型人才需求而设立的。为了实现拓宽学生知识面、增强沟通能力、提升其社会适应能力的培养目标,武汉科技大学教学团队针对教学中存在的痛点问题,在教学“全过程”切入创新手段并同步完成课程思政任务。在主体教学环节采用“多方法”融入式教学方法改革,努力探索出一条面向“新工科+新文科”的人才培养模式。“Project Management”is a foundational course for the logistics engineering major in Wuhan University of Science and Technology,which is established to cultivate high-quality,innovative,and complex talents who are proficient in project management and are urgently needed by society under the background of the convergence development of new engineering disciplines and new liberal arts disciplines in China s tertiary education.In order to realize the educational goals of broadening students knowledge horizons,bolstering communication prowess,and enhancing societal adaptability,university s teaching team,addressing the pain points in the educational process,introduces innovative approaches throughout the teaching“whole process”and concurrently completes the ideological and political objectives of the course.During the main teaching phase,the reform of the“multi-method”integrated teaching method is adopted,diligently exploring an educational paradigm that bridges“new engineering+new liberal arts”disciplines.
