摘 要:目的阐述并分析基于岗位胜任力里程碑评价在妇产科住院医师规范化培训工作中的实践与意义。方法对南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院妇产科2016年至2020年间在培住院医师里程碑评价数据进行描述性分析。结果刚入职时博士研究生学历住院医师各项能力普遍略高于硕士研究生和本科学历住院医师,住培结业时后者能力接近前者,尤其是硕士研究生来源住院医师。很多住院医师在刚入职岗前培训时某些能力就已经接近L3,培训结业时达到预期L4的有8个,不足该院自制里程碑的1/2。结论里程碑评价方式需更加科学具体,内容需根据实践适当调整,里程碑评价结果可以引导核心课程的开发及与教学工作绩效挂钩。Objective To expound and analyze the practice and significance of competency milestone evaluation in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents.Methods Descriptive analysis was conducted on the milestone evaluation data of gynecological and obstetric residents in Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from 2016 to 2020.Results At the beginning of employment,the abilities of residents with doctoral degree were generally slightly higher than those with master's degree and bachelor's degree.At the end of training,the abilities of the latter were close to the former,especially those with master's degree.Some abilities of many residents were close to level 3 at the beginning of pre-job training.At the end of the training,the number of residents whose milestone level reached the expected level 4 was only 8,less than half of the milestone in use.Conclusion The milestone evaluation method needs to be more scientific and specific,and appropriate adjustments need to be made according to the practical content.The milestone evaluation results can guide the development of core courses,link the teaching work and quantify the assessment work.
