摘　　要：麻醉科工作模式与内科、外科、妇科、儿科等其他临床科室存在较大区别,这决定了麻醉科的住培教学查房模式应当体现其临床工作特点。北京大学人民医院麻醉科专业基地设计与实施了麻醉科教学查房模式,内容包括麻醉前访视(病史采集+体格检查+化验检查判读+确定麻醉方案)、麻醉前准备(病例汇报+分析疑难病例)、麻醉实施和术后访视。具有麻醉科特色的教学查房在一定程度上提升了麻醉科教学查房质量。The work mode of anesthesiology differs greatly from that of other clinical departments such as internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,and pediatrics,which means that the teaching ward rounds mode of anesthesiology residency training should be established on its own clinical practice.Peking University People's Hospital Anesthesiology Specialty Base has designed and implemented a teaching rounds model for the Department of Anesthesiology,including pre-anesthetic visit(medical history collection+physical examination+interpretation of laboratory tests+determination of anesthesia plan),preanesthtic preparation(case report+analysis of difficult cases),anesthesia implementation,and postoperative visit.The teaching rounds with the characteristics of the Department of Anesthesiology have to some extent improved the quality of the teaching rounds in the Department of Anesthesiology.
