摘  要:目的探讨4 C培训法在医患沟通技能培训方面对提高住院医师沟通技能的效果。方法选取2021年10月—2023年6月年中日友好医院住院医师67名,按照4 C培训法实施医患沟通技能培训,培训前后使用SEGUE量表评估沟通技能变化情况,并完成课程满意度调查,培训后鼓励上报临床工作中沟通技能应用感受。结果住院医师沟通培训后在沟通开始、信息采集、信息提供、情感沟通及结束谈话等沟通模块均较培训前明显进步,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。中医医患沟通技巧及特殊人群沟通模块满意度稍低,其余模块满意度均较高。培训后26名住院医师汇报了沟通技巧在临床实践中应用情况。结论采用4 C培训法的医患沟通技能培训可以在较短时间内提升住院医师的医患沟通能力,但需要加强信息采集和情感沟通方面的培训。Objective To explore the impact of 4 C training on enhancing the doctor-patient communication skills of resident doctors.Methods A total of 67 resident physicians from China-Japan Friendship Hospital were selected to participate in a doctor-patient communication skills training course based on the 4 C training method,conducted between October 2021 and June 2023.The SEGUE scale was employed to assess changes in communication skills before and after the training,along with a satisfaction survey regarding the course.Additionally,participants were encouraged to provide feedback on their application experiences of specific communication skills in clinical practice following the training.Results Following the communication training,significant improvements were observed in various modules related to communication initiation,information collection,information provision,emotional communication and ending conversations(P<0.01).Although satisfaction was marginally lower in modules focusing on Traditional Chinese Medicine communication skills and communicating with special populations,overall satisfaction with other modules remained high.Additionally,26 residents voluntarily reported successfully applying the communication skills acquired in their clinical practice.Conclusion Utilizing the 4 C training method for doctor-patient communication skill development can effectively enhance residents'abilities within a relatively short timeframe;however,it is still crucial to reinforce training specifically focused on information collection and emotional communication.
