摘  要:目的:研究联合应用迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)与诊疗技能直接观察法(direct observation of procedural skills,DOPS)评估量表在口腔医学专业本科生牙体牙髓病学临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法:对60名在牙体牙髓科实习的口腔医学专业本科生分别在实习开始(0个月)、实习中期(1个月)和实习结束(3个月)时采用Mini-CEX评测量表评测综合病例诊治能力,DOPS量表测评窝洞制备、橡皮障隔离、开髓术等基本临床技能操作并行统计学分析。结果:共完成Mini-CEX量表评测180次,DOPS量表评测540次。随着实习阶段的进展,两种量表的得分均逐步提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用Mini-CEX与DOPS评估方法能够有效促进实习医师临床实践能力的培养,值得在牙体牙髓病学的本科临床实习教学中推广。Objective:To evaluate the combined effect of Mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)and direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)in teaching endodontics interns.Methods:Sixty undergraduate dental students in endodontics were assessed at the beginning(0 month),middle(1 month)and end(3 months)of their internships by using Mini-CEX and DOPS.Data were statistically analyzed.Results:A total of 180 Mini-CEX assessments and 540 DOPS assessments were completed.As the internship stage progressed,the scores of both scales gradually improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of Mini-CEX and DOPS can effectively promote the cultivation of interns'clinical practice ability,which is worth promoting in the undergraduate clinical internship teaching of endodontics.
