摘　　要：增强高职护理专业学生在实习期间的教育与管理是至关重要的,因为它能够提高学生的操作技术,为实现“健康中国”的目的提供重要的人才储备。本研究通过对包头职业技术学院护理专业学生的实习情况进行全面调研,发现临床实践中出现的问题和挑战,旨在为高职护理专业实习的有序开展提供一定的思路和指导,为培养更多的优秀护理人才打下坚实基础。It is very important to enhance the education and management of Nursing students in vocational colleges during their practice,which can improve students’operational skills and provide important talent reserve for realizing the purpose of“Healthy China”.Based on a comprehensive survey of the practice of Nursing students in Baotou Vocational&Technical College,this study found the problems and challenges in clinical practice,aiming to provide certain ideas and guidance for the development of nursing practice in vocational colleges,and lay a solid foundation for training more excellent nursing talents.
