摘  要:职业教育集团化办学经过30多年的发展,行业或区域特征日益明显,推动了我国职业教育发展,使产教融合、校企合作的概念更加具体化,但与此同时,机制建设、文化认同、利益链构建等方面的困难也影响着职教集团的有效运行。职教集团需要以推动行业企业高质量发展为主题,以产教融合为主线,构建运行机制,搭建产教融合平台,打造行业文化、企业文化、校园文化“三化融合”的文化共同体,多方联动,深化校企合作,不断完善行业人才培养体系。After more than 30 years of development,the industrial or regional characteristics of vocational education groups have become increasingly prominent,which has promoted the development of hjgher vocational education in China and made the concepts of industry education integration and school enterprise cooperation more specific.However,at the same time,difficulties in mechanism construction,cultural identity,and interest chain construction also affect the effective operation of vocational education groups.The vocational education group needs to take promoting the high-quality development of industry enterprises as the theme,with the integration of industry and education as the main line,build an operating mechanism,build an integration platform for industry and education,create a cultural community of industry culture,corporate culture,and campus culture"three integrations",coordinate multiple parties,deepen school enterprise cooperation,and continuously improve the industry talent training system.
