摘　　要：研究航空文化在航空院校的育人功能,对于提高教育质量、塑造学生思想品德、培养学生创新意识具有重要意义。文章对航空文化在航空院校育人工作中的渗透进行研究,揭示航空文化对航空院校学生的思想教育、品德培养和创新意识的重要作用,探讨航空文化的内涵特点以及在航空院校中的育人实践,并提出发展航空文化的对策建议。本研究对于航空院校更好地发挥航空文化的育人功能,具有重要的理论和实践意义。Studying the educational function of aviation culture in aviation colleges is of great significance for improving education quality,shaping students'ideological and moral character,and cultivating their innovative consciousness.The article studies the infiltration of aviation culture in the education of aviation colleges and universities,revealing the important role of aviation culture in the ideological education,moral cultivation,and innovative consciousness of aviation college students.It explores the connotation and characteristics of aviation culture and its educational practices in aviation colleges and universities,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen and develop aviation culture.This study has important theoretical and practical significance for aviation colleges to better utilize the educational function of aviation culture.
