江苏五年制高职院校专业设置与产业结构的适应性分析

摘　　要：高职院校专业设置服务区域经济发展、适应社会人才需求并引导人才消费。以五年制高职为例,基于江苏联合职业技术学院各分院和办学点的专业设置进行统计分析,发现江苏五年制高职专业结构与产业结构存在一定程度的偏离,且专业集群度有待提高。建议进一步明确办学定位、研究产业需求、多元主体参与、深化“三教三融”,以提升高职教育办学效益。The specialty setting of higher vocational colleges serves the regional economic development,which adapts to the social demand for and guides the consumption of talents.Taking the five-year higher vocational college as an example,based on the statistical analysis of the professional settings of each branch of Jiangsu United Vocational College of Technology and school sites,it is found that there is a certain degree of deviation between the professional structure and the industrial structure in the five-year higher vocational college in Jiangsu and the degree of professional clustering needs to be improved.It is recommended to further clarify the positioning of running schools,study the industry demand,encourage the participation of multi-subjects,and deepen the“three integrations of three kinds of education”,namely the integration of vocational education,general education and continuing education,so as to improve the efficiency of running higher vocational education.
