摘  要:随着中国经济的快速发展和产业结构的转型升级,给职业院校的复合型创新人才培养提出了新的挑战和机遇。构建产业发展与职业教育体系相互渗透、相互贯通、精准匹配的产教融合共同体是推动教育、人才、产业与创新“四链贯通”的首选途径,是聚焦我国职业教育高质量发展需求。积极探讨新时期职业院校产教融合共同体构建模式,破解当前制约职业教育发展的壁垒,赋能区域核心产业发展,有利于进一步提升产教融合的深度、广度及融合度。With the rapid development of China’s economy and the ongoing transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,vocational colleges encounter both new challenges and opportunities in training versatile and innovative talents.Building communities for industry and education integration,where industry development and vocational education systems mutually permeate,communicate,and precisely match,is a preferred approach to promote the bridging of education-talent-industry-innovation nexus,the“four-nexus integration”.This addresses the high-quality development needs of vocational education in China.This study also actively explores models for constructing such integrated communities in vocational colleges in the new era,aiming to dismantle existing barriers restricting vocational education development,and empower the growth of core regional industries,which will be conducive to enhancing the depth,breadth,and efficacy of industry-education fusion further.
