摘 要:习近平关于教育家精神重要论述具有严密的内在逻辑、独特的思维品质。在内在逻辑上,教育家精神是由逻辑起点、逻辑主线、逻辑支点和逻辑旨归构成的完整理论体系:理想信念是逻辑起点,道德情操是逻辑主线,躬耕态度、仁爱之心、育人智慧是逻辑支点,弘道追求是逻辑旨归。习近平关于教育家精神的重要论述具有四个独特的思维品质:一是与时俱进的创新思维,二是人民中心的价值思维,三是着眼全局的系统思维,四是服务社会的实践思维。教育家培养的路径是:坚定理想信念,践行弘道使命;形成道德典范,完善理想人格;提升育人能力,端正躬耕态度。Xi Jinping's important discourse on the spirit of educators has a strict internal logic and unique quality of thinking.In terms of internal logic,the spirit of educators is a complete theoretical system consisting of logical starting point,logical main line,logical fulcrum and logical destination.Ideals and convictions are the logical starting point;moral sentiment is the logical main line;professional attitude,benevolence,and wisdom of educating people are the logical fulcrum;and the pursuit of a global vision is the logical destination.Xi Jinping’s important discourse on the spirit of educators has four distinctive thinking qualities:first,the innovative thinking of keeping pace with the times;second,the people-centered value thinking;third,the systematic thinking of focusing on the overall situation;and fourth,the practical thinking of serving the society.The path of the cultivation of educators are:upholding firm ideals and convictions,and practicing the mission of developing virtues;forming moral models,and perfecting the ideal personality;and improving the ability to educate people and correcting the professional attitude.
