摘　　要：思政课是高校落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。新时代高校思政课教师承载着传播知识、传播思想、传播真理,塑造灵魂、塑造生命、塑造新人的责任使命。高校思政课教师职业美感具体体现在职业人格美、思想理论美、方式方法美。增强思政课教师职业美感是提高教学质量、提振教师精气神、提升学生获得感的关键手段。要立足“六个要”的基本要求,从职业本色维度强化政治,从职业本心维度加深情怀,从职业本原维度更新思维,从职业本分维度严格自律,从职业本领维度扩大视野,从职业本质维度端正人格,提升高校思政课教师的职业美感,在学生心中播洒美的种子,引导学生遇见美好的自己。Ideological and political course is the key course for universities to implement the fundamental task of moral education.In the new era,the teachers of ideological and political course in universities bear the responsibility of spreading knowledge,ideas and truth,and shaping soul,life and new people.The professional beauty of the teachers of ideological and political course in universities is embodied in the beauty of professional personality,ideological theory and methods.Enhancing the professional beauty of ideological and political teachers is the key means to improve the teaching quality,boost teachers' energy and spirit,and enhance students' sense of acquisition.Therefore,based on the basic requirements of the“six essentials”,we should strengthen politics from the professional nature dimension,deepen feelings from the professional essence dimension,update thinking from the professional origin dimension,strictly self-discipline from the professional duty dimension,expand vision from the professional ability dimension,and correct personality from the professional distinction dimension so as to enhance the professional beauty of college ideological and political teachers,sow the seeds of beauty in the minds of students,and guide students to achieve their beautiful selves.
