摘　　要：职业教育精细化治理,是新时期职业教育治理体系和治理能力走向深化后需关注的重点方向和发展趋势。数字技术是职业教育精细化治理的重要物质保障。职业教育数字技术遵循“共性+个性”“云+网+端”“教师+教材+教法”“虚拟+现实”四大作用机制。数字技术助推职业教育精细化治理,应提升数字技术推进精细化的行动认知,搭建职业教育精细化治理的“数治职教”,健全数字制度规范激活多元主体协同治理,优化技术在精细化治理中的监督保障。The refined governance of vocational education is a key direction and development trend that needs to be paid attention to after the deepening of the governance system and capacity of vocational education in the new era.Digital technology is an important material guarantee for the refined governance of vocational education.The digital technology of vocational education follows such four major mechanisms as“commonality+individuality”,“cloud+network+end”,“teacher+textbook+teaching method”and“virtual+reality”.To promote the refined governance of vocational education by digital technology,we should enhance the awareness of digital technology in promoting refinement,establish a“vocational education of digital governance”for the refined governance of vocational education,improve the digital system to standardize and activate the collaborative governance of multiple entities,and optimize the supervision and guarantee of technology in the refined governance.
