摘  要:建设农业强国是全面建成社会主义现代化强国的重要组成部分,是关涉经济社会各层面和主体的系统性工程。涉农高职院校作为培养现代农业高素质技术技能人才、构建农业产教融合特色体系助力乡村振兴、形成科教融汇成果带动农民共富和乡村和美的重要主体。应在建设农业强国使命驱动下增强办学适应性,通过培育“智慧新农匠”统合学历教育、社会培训、技术推广、科技服务,形成政策支持引导下创新链、人才链、资金链的互动,共同激发多重理性驱动下多元主体的合作精神与集体创新意识,弥合利益鸿沟,形成建设农业强国的合力。Building an agricultural power is an important part of fully building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects.It is a systematic project involving all levels and actors of the economy and society.Agriculture-related higher vocational colleges and universities are important actors in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents in modern agriculture,constructing a characteristic system integrating agricultural industry and education to help revitalize the countryside,and forming the results of integrating science and education to drive farmers'common prosperity and rural beauty.Driven by the mission of building an agricultural power,adaptability to running schools shall be enhanced.By cultivating"smart new farmers",academic education,social training,technology promotion,and scientific and technological services shall be integrated to form the interaction of innovation chains,talent chains,and capital chains guided by policy support so as to jointly stimulate the cooperative spirit and sense of collective innovation of diverse actors driven by multiple rationality,bridge the gap of interest,and form a joint effort to build an agricultural power.
