摘 要:社区教育作为有效推进全民终身学习重要的教育环节,有利于人民群众的知识更新与终身学习,非遗文化与社区教育相结合的实践可以促进社区居民的终身学习意识和能力提升。目前,在社区教育融入非遗文化的过程中,仍然存在师资不足、教学内容单一、缺少持续性支持等一系列问题。未来需要进一步落实党和国家关于全民终身学习与社区教育的政策要求,通过建立非遗人才培养机制、多元化教育内容设计、建立持续性的支持机制等举措提升社区教育品质,传承中国非遗文化,推动社区的可持续发展,提高社区居民的生活品质与幸福感。As an important educational link to effectively promote lifelong learning for all,community education is conducive to people's knowledge renewal and lifelong learning.The practice of combining intangible culture with community education can promote the awareness and ability of lifelong learning for community residents.At present,in the process of integrating community education into intangible culture,there are still a series of problems such as insufficient teachers,single teaching content and lack of continuous support.In the future,it is necessary to further implement the policy requirements of the Party and the state on lifelong learning for all and community education,and improve the quality of community education by establishing a mechanism for cultivating non-legacy talents,designing diversified educational content,and establishing a sustained support mechanism,so as to inherit China's non-legacy culture,promote the sustainable development of the community,and improve the quality of life and happiness of community residents.
