摘　　要：21世纪人类社会发展具有显著的不确定性,表现为:不确定性已成为现代社会发展的重要特征,并将长期凸显;不确定性的因素日益增多,而其控制难度和相关风险也在增加;不确定性加大了人的发展风险,并带来复杂影响。在此背景下,青少年职业生涯面临严峻的挑战:职业生涯不确定性的趋势增强,对青少年生涯适应带来挑战;科学技术迅猛发展、产业结构的急剧变化,对青少年职业生涯造成巨大冲击;教育发展滞后于社会发展的速度,青少年职业生涯“内卷化”现象加剧;职业生涯教育的缺失,造成青少年生涯发展的动力与能力不足。为积极应对不确定性挑战,需要推进国家教育体系的发展与建设;加大教育转型和终身教育的力度,培养学生职业能力与技能;强化协同育人,积极变革青少年职业生涯教育。The development of human society in the 21st century has obvious uncertainty,which is manifested in the following aspects.First,uncertainty becomes an important feature of the development of modern society,and it will be prominent for a long time;second,the factors of uncertainty are increasing day by day,and its control difficulty and related risks are also increasing;third,uncertainty increases the risk of human development and has a complex impact.In this context,young people’s career faces severe challenges:the trend of career uncertainty is increasing,which brings challenges to young people’s career adaptation;the rapid devel-opment of science and technology and the rapid change of industrial structure have a great impact on young people’s career;the de-velopment of education lags behind the speed of social development,and the phenomenon of“rat race”of young people’s career is intensified.The lack of career education results in the lack of motivation and ability of youth’s career development.In order to deal with the challenge of uncertainty actively,it is necessary to advance the development and construction of national education system,to strengthen education transformation and lifelong education to cultivate students’vocational ability and skills,and to strengthen collab-orative education,and actively change youth career education.
