摘  要:设计了“乙酰化反应”的教学过程,通过乙酰氯和乙酸酐的水解、醇解和氨基反应,探究了乙酰化反应的实质,并应用乙酰化反应解决了有机合成中的实际问题。授课过程中采用情境线、知识线、问题线和情感线四线并行,相辅相成。并应用了情境导入法、案例分析法、问题导向法等多种教学方法,经过多轮实践,取得了很好的教学效果,可在激发学习兴趣、提高专业知识学习效率的同时进行思想上的熏陶,可有力促进全员、全程、全方位育人目标的实现。In the teaching of acetylation,exploring the essence of acetylation though the reaction of acetyl chloride and acetic anhydride with hydrolysis,alcoholysis and amino,conducting curriculum ideological and political education with the products of acetylation reaction,and the practical problems in organic synthesis were solved by acetylation reaction.In the implementation process,the situational line,the knowledge line,the problem line and the emotional line were used in parallel and complement each other,the curriculum was clear and natural.A variety of teaching methods were applied in the teaching process,such as situational introduction method,case analysis method and problem oriented method,and so on,good teaching results were achieved after several rounds of improvement.This course not only stimulated interest in learning,improved the efficiency of professional knowledge learning,but also achieved good ideological and political effects,and effectively promoted the realization of the goal of educating people in all aspects.
