摘  要:美国于二战结束后逐步迈入“丰裕社会”,其在“美国梦”与相对贫困悖论、农村相对贫困陷阱愈益加深以及继续教育是阻断相对贫困代际传递的砥柱中流等动因驱动下,将继续教育作为阻断农村相对贫困代际传递的核心工具。历经起步、过渡与稳进三个阶段,美国继续教育阻断农村相对贫困代际传递的主体定位由“政府划桨”转变为“多方共驱”,客体边界由“失业者”扩延至“工作贫民”,媒介向度由“技能培训”拓展到“公民教育”。从上述“美国何为”的行动经验中可以洞悉“中国何往”的未来路向,包括深入发掘继续教育利益相关者的“共振效应”,多途优化农村相对贫困劳动力的可行能力集以及靶向推动继续教育媒介的“公民性”转身,以期进一步推动我国继续教育在阻断“丰裕社会”的农村相对贫困代际传递方面的理论落地与实践发展。After the end of World War II,the United States gradually entered the"affluent society".Driven by the paradox of the American Dream and relative poverty,the deepening of the rural relative'poverty trap',and the fact that continuing education is the backbone that blocks the intergenerational transmission of relative poverty,the United States has made continuing education a central tool for blocking the intergenerational transmission of rural relative poverty.After three stages of initial,transitional and steady progress,the positioning of the subject of continuing education in the United States to block the intergenerational transmission of rural relative poverty has changed from"government paddling"to"multi-party driving",the boundary of the object has been extended from the"unemployed"to the"working poor",and the orientation of the medium has been expanded from"skills training"to"citizenship education".From the above practical experience of"what the United States has done",we can gain insights into the way forward for"where China is headed",including exploring the"resonance effect"of the stakeholders in continuing education,optimising the viable capacity set of the rural labor force in relative poverty in multiple ways and targeting the"civic"transformation of the medium of continuing education,with a view to further promoting the theoretical and practical development of continuing education in China in blocking the intergenerational transmission of rural relative poverty in the"affluent society".
