摘　　要：英国的法律教育,早期是大学教育与职业教育并存并以职业教育为主体的模式,随时代变化,逐步转变为一种新的法律教育体制,即大学取代律师学院成为英国法律教育的主要基地,形成大学法律教育与法律职业培训相结合的现代英国法律教育的新格局。将大学教育与法律职业教育结合起来,是一种可取的法律教育模式。英国的法律教育经验是,既考虑大学教育具备的知识供给能力,也照顾到法律人的实际司法和诉讼能力,体现出英国对于法律人才培养的基本理念。英国法律教育值得关注的特性,除了学院制和导师制这些英国教育领域人才培养模式的独特之处以外,还有普通法注重程序的特性与法学教育模式的关系,以及学徒式法律教育模式。英国现在与未来法律教育的发展趋势,包括国际化以及法律教育的手段的技术变革,对我国法律教育有一定的启发作用甚至借鉴价值。British legal education included the university education and vocational education with vocational education as the main body in the early stage.With the change of times,it gradually transformed into a new legal education system and the university replaced the law college as the main base of British legal education.And the combination of university legal education and legal vocational training became the new pattern of modern British le-gal education.It is a desirable model to combine university education with legal vocational education.The experi-ence of legal education in Britain is that it not only considers the knowledge supply ability of university education,but also takes into account the actual judicial and litigation ability of legal talent,reflecting the basic concept of cultivating legal talents in Britain.In addition to the unique features of the legal education in Britain,there is also the relationship between the characteristics of common law with its focus on process and the legal education model,as well as the college system and tutorial system.The trends of legal education in Britain,including the technologi-cal change of internationalization and the means of legal education,can provide certain inspiration and even refer-ence to the legal education in China.
