摘 要:依托现代学徒制试点项目,我校通过校企联合构建育人机制,制订一体化招生招工、人才培养方案,合作开发课程体系,实施双主体教学等路径开展人才培养,取得了一定成绩,但仍面临企业参与积极性不高、“双师型”师资力量不足、教材适配度不高、考核评价机制落实不到位等问题。通过积极探索问题解决路径,以期进一步完善我校药剂专业现代学徒制。Based on the pilot project of modern apprenticeship system,our school has jointly established an education mechanism through school enterprise cooperation,formulated integrated enrollment and recruitment,personnel training plans,collaborated on the development of course systems,and implemented dual subject teaching to carry out personnel training.We have achieved certain results,but still face problems such as poor participation enthusiasm of enterprises,insufficient teaching staff for"dual teacher",low adaptability of textbooks,and inadequate implementation of assessment and evaluation mechanisms.By actively exploring problem-solving paths,we aim to further improve the modern apprenticeship system in the pharmacy major of our school.
