摘  要:为改善民机的维修性设计,从人员维修时手臂的舒适度问题出发,考虑维修关节力矩和关节角度两方面因素的影响,提出面向民机维修的人体手臂舒适度分析方法。首先,依据Kane方程建立人体手臂动力学模型,求解手臂各自由度上的关节力矩;其次,将维修工具放置到维修手臂末端,调整维修姿态并将工具与维修目标交互,采用粒子群算法解算工具处于不同状态时各关节角度值以此确定手臂姿态;将手臂简化为棍棒模型,利用余弦定理反求维修中关节角度变化范围。最后采用NASA力量模型求解最大关节力矩,将关节力矩和关节角度影响因素代入到舒适度评价模型中。在虚拟仿真环境下对客舱座椅下不同位置的螺栓进行拆卸实验,证明了方法的有效性。In order to improve the design of the maintenance of civil aircraft,starting from the comfort of the maintenance personnel's arms,considering the influence of the two factors of maintenance joint torque and joint angle,the analysis method of human arm comfort for civil aircraft maintenance is proposed.Firstly,according to the Kane equation,the human arm dynamics model was established to solve the joint moment on each degree of freedom of the arm;Secondly,the maintenance tools were placed at the end of the maintenance arm,the maintenance posture was adjusted,the tools interacted with the maintenance target,and the particle swarm algorithm was used to solve the angle values of each joint when the tool is in different states to determine the arm posture;The arms were simplified to a club model,and the cosine theorem was used to reverse the range of joint angle changes in the repair.Finally,the max joint torque was solved using NASA force model,and the joint torque and joint angle influencing factors were introduced into the comfort analysis.In the virtual simulation environment,the bolts in different positions under the cabin seat were disassembled and tested,which proves the effectiveness of the method.
