摘　　要：目的编制护理文化自信量表并检验其信效度,为评估护理本科生的护理文化自信水平提供有效的工具。方法在认知行为理论和文献分析的基础上,通过半结构式访谈和德尔菲法编制护理文化自信量表;通过预调查、项目分析和探索性因子分析形成正式量表。于2022年7月,采用便利抽样法选取广东省6所高校300名护理本科生进行正式调查,运用SPSSAU软件进行统计分析和信效度检验。结果共13名专家参与函询,其中男1名,女12名,年龄30~40岁2名,41~50岁3名,≥51岁8名。护理文化自信量表分为3个维度,共10个条目。总Cronbachα系数为0.904,总量表内容效度指数为0.857。探索性因子分析提取出3个因子,累计方差解释率为72.963%,研究项和因子间有较强的关联性。验证性因子分析显示,平均方差萃取(AVE)值>0.5,组合信度值>0.7,AVE平方根值为0.719、0.775和0.766,具有良好的聚合效度和区分效度。结论护理文化自信量表具有良好的信效度,内容合理,可作为测量护理本科生护理文化自信水平的有效工具。Objective To provide an effective tool for evaluating the nursing culture confidence level of undergraduate nursing students by compiling a nursing culture confidence scale and testing its reliability and validity.Methods On the basis of cognitive behavior theory and literature analysis,a nursing culture confidence scale was developed through semi-structured interviews and Delphi method,and a formal scale was formed through pre-survey,project analysis and exploratory factor analysis.In July 2022,300 nursing undergraduates from six universities in Guangdong Province were selected for formal survey using the convenience sampling method,and SPSSAU software was used to conduct statistical analysis and test the reliability and validity.Results A total of 13 experts participated in the inquiry,including 1 male,12 females,2 aged 30-40,3 aged 41-50,and 8 aged≥51.The Nursing Culture Self-Confidence Scale was divided into 3 dimensions with a total of 10 items.The total reliability was 0.904 for the Cronbachαcoefficient,0.857 for the scale content validity index.Three factors were extracted from exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance explanation rate was 72.963%,and there was a strong correlation between the study items and the factors.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the average variance extracted(AVE)value was>0.5,the composite reliability value was>0.7,and the AVE square root value was 0.719,0.775 and 0.766,which had good polymerization and discrimination validity.Conclusions The Nursing Culture Self-Confidence Scale has good reliability and validity,and the content is reasonable,which can be used as an effective tool to measure the nursing culture confidence level of undergraduate nursing students.
