基于商业查询大数据的宁夏、山东葡萄酒产业发展现状比较研究

摘　　要：山东产区和宁夏产区作为我国葡萄酒产业传统优质酿酒产区和近年发展最快的优质葡萄酒产区,是中国极具代表性的两大产区,综合葡萄酒企业数量位居前列。为推动两产区葡萄酒产业差异化、创新性、可持续发展,该文通过商业查询平台大数据检索了两产区葡萄酒酿造相关企业。分析检索结果可知,近20~30年以来两产区葡萄酒产业市场主体数量整体呈现上升趋势,宁夏地区企业数量稳定增长且在近10年内增长较快,2017年达到增长高峰;山东地区表现出波动增长的趋势,2004-2013年相关企业增长率有所下降。企业的空间分布受原料基地影响比较集中,近年来其他城市也有一定数量葡萄酒庄园建立。产业经营状态分析结果表明,超50%以上的企业没有商标或专利信息,企业的自主创新能力和可续竞争能力仍有待进一步提升。As traditional high-quality wine producing area and the fastest growing premium wine producing area in recent years of China's wine industry,Shandong and Ningxia are the two most representative producing areas in China,and the number of comprehensive wine enterprises ranks in the forefront.In order to promote the differentiation,innovation and sustainable development of the wine industry in the two producing areas,wine brewing related enterprises in the two producing areas were searched through the commercial query platform big data.Analysis of the search results showed that the number of wine industry market players in the two producing areas has shown an overall upward trend in the last 20 to 30 years,and the number of enterprises in Ningxia has grown steadily and rapidly in the past 10 years,reaching peak growth in 2017.Shandong producing area showed a trend of fluctuating growth,and the growth rate of related enterprises decreased from 2004 to 2013.The spatial distribution of enterprises was relatively concentrated under the impact of raw material bases,and a certain number of wine estates have been established in other cities in recent years.The analysis results of industrial management state showed that more than half of the enterprises don't have trademark or patent information,and the independent innovation ability and sustainable competitiveness of enterprises still need to be further improved.
