摘 要:中国过去20多年的新课程改革可被视为广义国际学生中心教学运动的一部分,对中国教师教学产生了深远影响,但学生中心教学在中国的实施现状以及对学生学习表现的影响依然缺乏可靠的研究结论。本研究基于一个五维度学生中心教学分析框架,结合2020年TALIS教学视频研究项目数据,对参与该项目上海教师的学生中心教学表现进行了国际比较和内部差异分析,并检验了不同维度对上海学生学习表现的影响。结果显示:上海教师的学生中心教学在国际视野下呈现特殊的两极分化形态,在认知建构维度表现尤为突出,但在权力分享等维度则处于较低水平;上海女性、中青年和城区教师的学生中心教学整体表现要相对更加优异;上海教师的学生中心教学发展在不同维度间均存在正向关联;即便控制了前测等重要因素,认知建构维度依然对上海学生后测表现具有线性且独立的正向预测作用。考虑到上海教师在国际视野下高水平的认知建构维度表现,认知建构维度的学生中心教学可能是中国部分地区学生在国际测评中取得优异表现的重要原因。China's New Curriculum Reform over the past 20 years can be viewed as part of the broad international studentcentered teaching movement,which has had a profound impact on Chinese teachers'teaching practices.However,reliable research conclusions on the implementation of student-centered teaching in China and its impact on students'learning performance are still lacking.Using a five-dimensional student-centered teaching framework and 2020 TALIS Video Study data,this study conducted international and internal comparisons of student-centered teaching performance among Shanghai teachers who participated in the project and examined the impact of different dimensions on Shanghai students'learning performance.The results show that Shanghai teachers'student-centered teaching is highly polarized in the international perspective,with outstanding performance in the cognitive construction dimension but relatively low levels in dimensions such as power devolution.Female,youth,and urban teachers in Shanghai generally have better student-centered teaching performance.Positive and significant correlations were found among all five dimensions of Chinese teachers’student-centered teaching.Even after controlling for important factors such as pretest,the cognitive construction dimension still has a linear and independent positive effect on predicting Shanghai students'posttest performance.Considering Shanghai teachers'high-level cognitive construction dimension performance in the international perspective,student-centered teaching in the cognitive construction dimension may be an important factor for explaining why some Chinese students outperformed in international assessments.
