摘  要:儒家民本社会治理的依据可以从政治哲学的角度对其本体论进行论证,区别于西方哲学对世界本质的探讨和对人的本质分而论之的研究方式,儒家将“天命观”之外在性与“人性论”之内在性结合起来分析,按“自然之天”与“义理之天”的客观规律而实施正确的社会治理原则,构成了传统中国民本社会治理的政治科学上的逻辑进路。“天民合一”是其逻辑起点,“天人同性”及人性的呈现与发展为逻辑中介,“天礼合一”及社会秩序的规范与“化性起伪”为逻辑归宿。The basis of Confucian people-oriented social governance can be demonstrated from the perspective of political philosophy,which is different from the western philosophy's approach to the world's essence and the study of human's essence.Confucianism combines the external nature of"destiny"with the intrinsic nature of"human nature",that is,Tian Ren He Yi(theory that man is an integral part of nature).Implementing correct social governance principles according to the objective laws of"natural heaven"and"righteous heaven"constitutes the logical approach of traditional Chinese people-based social governance in political science.The"unity of heaven and people"is its logical starting point,the presentation and development of homosexuality and humanity as the logical intermediary,and the"unity of heaven and ceremony"as the logical the logic end-result.
