摘  要:为探讨校长教学领导力对教师差异教学能力的影响路径及其作用机制,研究通过对江苏、江西等地1016名中小学教师进行调查并根据得到的数据,构建结构方程模型进行分析。研究发现,校长教学领导力可通过三个路径影响教师差异教学能力:一是校长教学领导力直接影响教师差异教学能力;二是校长教学领导力间接通过教师成就动机影响教师差异教学能力;三是校长教学领导力通过影响教师成就动机进而影响教师感知的工作责任心,最终对教师差异教学能力产生影响。研究揭示了当前中小学教师较低的差异教学能力水平,并为校长教学领导力对教师的直接影响提供了进一步证据。研究还发现并阐释了链式中介模型作用机制,为有关方面认识和干预教师差异教学能力提供了必要的遵循。校长尤其农村小学校长有必要进一步改进教学领导,特别要增强其管理教学过程的能力;加强对“四低”教师尤其女性教师的心理扶持和教学指导,增强其成就动机与自我效能感;将责任担当精神嵌入到专业共同体文化建设,增强低职称教师的工作责任心。In order to explore the impact path and mechanism of principal’s teaching leadership on teachers’differentiated teaching abilities,a survey was conducted on 1,016 primary and secondary school teachers in Jiangsu,Jiangxi,and other regions.Based on the data obtained,a structural equation model was constructed for analysis.The study has found that the teaching leadership of principals influence teachers differentiated teaching abilities through three pathways:firstly,directly influences teachers’abilities;secondly,indirectly influences teachers’abilities through their achievement motivation;thirdly,influences the perceived work responsibility of teachers by influencing their achievement motivation,ultimately influencing their differentiated teaching abilities.The study reveals the lower level of differentiated teaching abilities among primary and secondary school teachers,and provides further evidence for the direct impact of principal teaching leadership on teachers.It has also discovered and elucidated the mechanism of the chain mediation model,providing necessary guidance for relevant parties to understand and intervene in the differentiated teaching ability of teachers.It is necessary for principals,especially those in rural primary schools,to further improve their teaching leadership,particularly by enhancing their ability to manage the teaching process;strengthen psychological support and teaching guidance for“Four Low”type of teachers,especially female teachers,so as to enhance their achievement motivation and self-efficacy;embed the sense of responsibility into the construction of professional community culture,so as to enhance the work responsibility of low title teachers.
