摘  要:目的构建临床教师教学能力评价指标体系,为高等医学院校及临床教学基地开展临床师资队伍建设提供工具性支持。方法采用文献分析法、结构式访谈法建立评价指标项目池,采用德尔菲法对评价指标进行筛选与修改,采用层次分析法确定评价指标权重。结果两轮专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数为0.859,第二轮专家协调系数为0.531~0.613。构建的临床教师教学能力评价指标体系包括4个一级指标、12个二级指标、34个三级指标,各级指标权重均通过一致性检验。结论咨询专家的积极性、权威性及一致性程度较高,构建的评价指标体系具有较高的可信度,可作为培训和评价临床教师专业发展的工具。Objective To establish the evaluation index system for clinical teachers’teaching ability so as to provide instrumental support for the enhancement of the ranks of clinical teachers in medical colleges and clinical teaching bases.Methods To adopted literature analysis and structured interview to establish the evaluation index item pool,Delphi method to screen and modify the evaluation index,and Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the evaluation index weight.Results The enthusiasm coefficient of the two rounds of expert was 100%,The expert authority coefficient was 0.859,The second round expert coordination coefficient was 0.531~0.613.The evaluation index system of clinical teachers’teaching ability constructed in the present study consisted of 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 34 third-level indicators,and all the determined indicator weights passed the consistency test.Conclusion The initiative,authority and consistency of expert consultants are rather high,and the evaluation index system constructed has high credibility,which can be used as a tool for training and evaluating the professional development of clinical teachers.
