摘  要:英国近十年来不断强调继续教育的重要性,继续教育政策过去十年的变化趋势是:从关注低水平劳动力到兼顾低技能人群和高级技能人才,逐渐形成继续教育专项助学贷款,形成丰富且呼应就业市场需求的继续教育证书体系,不断减少政府干预和不断提升继续教育声誉,持续关注技能与市场需求的匹配度并不断提供前沿技术的培训,从就业信息的推广到落实院校责任制。对我国继续教育发展的启示是:扩大技能类非学历继续教育的高质量供给,建设技能型社会;继续教育不断回应市场需求,提升企业在继续教育中的重要性;适应科技的发展开设新的课程,不断提升继续教育声誉;创建以“就业”为导向的继续教育,提供个性化的就业服务。The United Kingdom has continuously emphasized the importance of further education in the past ten years.The further education policy in the past ten years has changed from focusing on low-level labor to taking into account low-skilled people and highskilled talents,gradually forming special student loans for further education,forming a rich further education certificate system that responds to the needs of the job market,continuously reducing government intervention and continuously improving the reputation of further education,continuing to pay attention to the matching of skills and market needs,and continuing to provide cutting-edge technology training,from the promotion of employment information to the implementation of the school responsibility system.The enlightenment for the development of further education in China is to expand the high-quality supply of non-academic further education in skills and to build a skills-based society;further education to continuously respond to market demand and enhance the importance of enterprises in further education;open new courses to adapt to technological development and continue to improve the reputation of continuing education;create"employment"-oriented further education and provide personalized employment services.
