摘 要:教学评价制度在实践中的落实定会遭遇教学习俗,二者的相遇给教学评价制度在实践中的落实带来了一些挑战。这些挑战关涉功利倾向下教学评价制度落实的“趋利避害”;非此即彼式教学评价制度落实的“偏执遵守”;不同层面冲突下教学评价制度落实的“妥协应对”以及内在共识丧失下教学评价制度落实的“算计与内卷”。据此,在教学习俗视角下,教学评价制度的落实需要审慎地从理性规限制度,预留教学评价制度落实的空间;重视习俗与制度间内在交互,给予教学评价制度落实的保障;以及引入更多主体的参与,形成教学评价制度落实的共识。唯如此,教学评价制度的落实才能真正走向实处,相关改革措施才能真正触动教学实践,进而才能通过评价逆向提升和改变教学的生态,深化教学改革。The implementation of teaching evaluation system will face the challenge from the teaching customs.These challenges are related to the implementation of teaching evaluation system under the utilitarian orientation of“seeking benefits and avoiding disadvantages”;the“observance”of the implementation of either-or teaching evaluation system;the“compromising response”of the implementation of teaching evaluation system under conflicts at different levels and the loss of consensus.The“calculation and internal writing”of implementation of teaching evaluation system.From the perspective of teaching customs,the implementation of teaching evaluation system needs to regulate the limits and reserve space for the implementation of teaching evaluation system;pay attention to the internal interaction between customs and system,provide guarantees for the implementation of teaching evaluation system,and introduce more participation of the main body forms a consensus.Only then can the implementation of teaching evaluation system be truly implemented,and the relevant reform measures can really touch the teaching practice,and then can the teaching reform be improved and changed through the evaluation reverse.
