作为“领域性知识”的高等教育研究:从“学术部落”到“实践共同体”的转向

摘　　要：高等教育研究是一种“领域性知识”,具有理论和实践的双重面向,其知识生成机制是以对实践问题的关照为主要牵引,根据特定的知识组织原则,对传统学科的概念、理论进行再选择、再定位、再分配、重新关联和转化,进而形成自身的话语秩序。实践性知识在高等教育研究的知识版图中具有重要的地位,因此需要发展一套概念性话语,从高等教育实践的特殊问题中提炼出一般原则,再返回到高等教育的实践场域中重新概念化,经过一个“实践——理论——实践”的过程,产生更系统的知识。为此,高等教育研究者需要以“实践共同体”的理念凝聚共识,坚持开放协商的立场,秉持谦逊互信的态度,通过更具自反性的思考与讨论,使高等教育研究理论与实践紧密联系,从而形成强有力的专业身份。Higher education research is a kind of regional knowledge,with double faces of theory and practice.It's oriented to the field of practice,and forms its own discourse order based on"principled procedural knowledge".Since the explanatory power of this type of"practical knowledge"is limited,it is necessary to transform it into"conceptual knowledge"through the process of"re-contextualization".Therefore,higher education researchers need to get united in the name of"community of practice",adhere to an open and negotiable standpoint,maintain an attitude of humility and mutual trust,and cultivate a sense of reflectivity.Only when we build close relationship between theories and practices,can a powerful and strong identification of higher education research become possible.
