摘 要:目的:探讨护理教育专家、护理教学管理人员、临床带教老师对临床实践教学质量管理现状的评价,为更好地开展实践教学质量管理提供依据。方法:选取2022年6—12月来自电子科技大学、德阳市人民医院、四川省人民医院的12名护理教育专家、临床护理教学实施及管理人员作为访谈对象,进行半结构式深度访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对转录完成后的文本资料进行分析、总结。结果:提炼出护理本科临床实践基地教学质量管理中实习生管理、临床教师培训及管理、临床教学质量评价3个主题。结论:在护理本科临床实践教学过程中应注意规范实习生教学管理、加强临床教师的培训、促进临床护理教学质量评价体系建设。Objective:To investigate the evaluation of clinical practice teaching quality management by nursing education experts,nursing teaching management personnel and clinical internship teachers,and to provide a basis for better practice teaching quality management.Methods:A total of 12 nursing education experts,clinical nursing teaching implementation management personnel from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China,Deyang People's Hospital and Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital from June 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the interview subjects for semi-structured in-depth interviews.Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to analyze and summarize the text data after transcription.Results:Three themes of intern management,clinical teacher training and management,and clinical teaching quality evaluation in teaching quality management of nursing undergraduate clinical practice base were extracted.Conclusion:In the process of clinical practice teaching of nursing undergraduates,attention should be paid to standardizing the teaching management of interns,strengthening the training of clinical teachers,and promoting the construction of clinical nursing teaching quality evaluation system.
