摘　　要：以学生为中心的教学方式是引导学生全面发展、培养顺应时代需求的新工科人才的重要教学改革方向。该文针对食品酶学课程传统教学中存在的问题与教学要求,从知识构筑维度、课堂教学维度、课后提升维度和创新突破维度进行教学模式的探索与应用,实现对学生基础理论知识与创新实践能力的引导与培养,从课程教学方面为培养食品领域新工科人才提供助力。The student-centered teaching method is an important teaching reform direction to guide students'all-round development and cultivate new engineering talents in order to meet the requirements of the times.In view of the problems and teaching requirements in the traditional teaching of Food Enzymology,this paper explores and applies the teaching mode from the dimensions of knowledge construction,classroom teaching,after-school improvement and innovation breakthrough,realizes the guidance and training of students'basic theoretical knowledge and innovative practical ability,and provides assistance for the training of new engineering talents in the field of food from the aspect of curriculum teaching.
