摘 要:目的:探讨CBL结合TBL双轨制教学法在本科医学生眼科见习教学中的应用及效果。方法:选取石河子大学临床医学2019级本科生119名,纳入对象随机分为试验组(CBL结合TBL教学法,n=60)、对照组(CBL教学法,n=59)。两组学生采用期末成绩(60%基础理论+40%见习课两次阶段测试成绩)对教学效果进行评估,通过问卷调查了解各组学生参与眼科临床见习的体验感。结果:试验组见习生期末成绩、基础理论成绩、阶段测试Ⅱ的成绩(95.34±8.26)分、(93.23±5.14)分、(95.24±4.26)分均高于对照组(89.28±3.34)分、(90.25±7.36)分、(80.12±7.81)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。调查结果显示试验组见习生对评价指标“提高自主学习效率、加强理论知识、提高临床思维能力、提高学习兴趣、提高文献综述能力、培养团队意识及锻炼PPT汇报能力”的认可度高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眼科临床见习带教,CBL联合TBL双轨制教学法更能提高学生学习自主能动性、激发学习兴趣、培养团队意识及个人医学素养,教学效果更优。Objective:To explore the application effect of teaching method based on Case-based learining combined with Team-based learining in the teaching of clinical practice of ophthalmology.Methods:A total of 119 clinical undergraduates from Shihezi University in 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,experimental group(CBL combined TBL teaching method,n=60)and control group(CBL teaching method,n=59).Students in both groups evaluated the teaching effect by using the results of the final scores(60%basaic theorical examination and 40%two stage clinical practice of ophthalmology),and reflected the experience of students in each group participating in the ophthalmology clinical practice through a questionnaire.Result:The final scores,basic theory scores and stage testⅡscores of(95.34±8.26),(93.23±5.14),(95.24±4.26)in experimental group were higher than those in control group of(89.28±3.34),(90.25±7.36),(80.12±7.81)(P<0.01).The questionnaire results showed that students in the experimental group had higher recognition of the evaluation indicators including self-learning efficiency,strengthening theoretical knowledge,improving clinical thinking ability,learning interest,review ability,cultivating team consciousness and PPT reporting ability than the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ophthalmology clinical practicing,CBL combined with TBL teaching method can improve students'learning initiative,stimulate learning interest,cultivate team consciousness and per-sonal medical quality,and getting better teaching effect.
